Use of Pegasus
These terms govern access to Pegasus unless a separate written agreement applies. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and within the products, markets, schedules, and access granted to your organization.
Accounts and customer responsibility
You are responsible for authorized users, account credentials, customer-supplied data, and decisions made from information provided through the service. You must not attempt to bypass access controls or disrupt the service.
Data and source limitations
Pegasus organizes information from public sources and customer-authorized systems. Source availability, publication timing, and completeness vary. Customers remain responsible for confirming information before making commercial, legal, purchasing, or construction decisions.
Quotes and generated output
Extracted requirements, quote lines, and proposals require customer review and approval. Pegasus does not purchase materials, accept vendor terms, or place a final order unless explicitly provided under a separate written agreement.
Availability and termination
Service levels, payment terms, support, renewal, and termination are governed by the applicable order form or agreement. We may suspend access to protect the service or address material misuse.
